Chloe (voiced by Drew Barrymore), a diamond-studded, primpy Beverly Hills Chihuahua loves her luxurious lifestyle so much, she hardly notices that Papi (voiced by George Lopez), a tough looking Chihuahua who happens to ... gah, this is ridiculous. It's a movie about a pampered rat dog that goes on adventures and gets in dangerous but funny scenarios.
